One week from right now I will be (Lord willing) on The Disney Wonder with my awesome hubby celebrating our 15th anniv.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am soooo excited! I want to pack right now!! Maybe I will! Pray for safety of travel for us and pray for our boys while staying with friends. Hopefully we will NOT encounter any hurricanes! Check back for pictures .

Summer 2008

Ahhh summer 2008.........teepees, new haircuts, new kitten(Moxie), camping at Papoose, camping in vermont, camping in glen, going to MT washington, camping at Danforth Bay, N-dubs 3rd b-day, loosing teeth(z) , baptism(c) and storyland. BUSYY!! As you can tell by all of the camping trips...we are enjoying our new pop-up!!

VBT

We are officially done CBC 2008 VBT ........OUR Theme was "All aboard the Gospel Train"

We had a great week with a record number of kids attending (104 I think). This year all 3 of the boys could attend. Nathan did very well, but was extra tired each day (as was i) . Here are some pictures.......... UNTIL NEXT SUMMER

Curious George!

We celebrated our 3rd sons 3rd birthday on saturday! He actually turned 3 on sunday. I cant believe he is three! He wanted a "George" party. We had a good day filled with, hotdogs, burgers, cake, water balloons, pinata and presents! I did realize that his 3 best friends are girls!! Oh well! Happy 2rd B-day N- DUb!!

My almost 3year old told me a funny story the other day......He asked me If I wanted to come to his bands show....sure I said and the convo starts: He said in his band was Becca, courtney and Isaiah and him. He sings and play guitar and Isaiah plays drums and Courtney plays cymbals and Becca sings but he had to kick her out of the band because "she no sing good" !!!
I asked him if it is a Christian band and he says "No it a Rock N Roll BAnd!"
All of the kids are 3 and in his sunday school class! I told his teacher about it and she thought it was funny.....she joked about teaching them that in class!
So as soon as they get there first gig I will post how to buy tickets!!

Baptism

We had the awesome opportunity to celebrate our oldest sons baptism last night! He prayed to be saved 3 years ago !(june 10th 2005)
For those of you who know our son....getting up and giving his testimony in front of the whole church was a huge thing for him. He practiced a few times what he would say and seemed ready. He one one of 5 who got baptized ...his best friend (little burnsy) did too. He started off strong and then came the tears...but he finished his testimony through the tears... I think every lady and maybe some men in church were in tears! He is my emotional one....not sure where he gets that from :) anyway he did great and we are very proud of him. It did show however how important it really was to him..not just getting dunked by the Pastor!

20 years......

In loving memory of my Dad......

today is the 20th anniversary of my Dad's death. I was 15 when he died of lung cancer. I can't believe it has been 20 years!

We enjoyed our first camping trip with our pop up camper. It is so nice not to have to sleep on the ground and be cold! It was quite chilly at night but we have a furnace and an electric heater so we were nice and warm! We went camping with our buddies the Burns' at Papoose Pond in Waterford Maine. The kids had a blast and we only had one incident and that was little burnsy girl had a yucky tummy and got sick in their pop up...poor thing! Anyway here are some pictures from our weekend.

My boys love this day! They have already tried to trick me a few times. C said he is going to try and trick his teacher today at school. I told him not to get in trouble!
